The Observer Publishing Company and Washington Federal are proud to co-sponsor the Pay It Forward challenge. More acts of kindness – it’s what our world needs. Two winners of the Pay It Forward challenge (One Observer-Reporter winner and one Almanac winner) will receive $5,000 to do a good deed for a person, place or group in need. Individuals are challenged to make the most of the $5,000 cash prize by creating a plan to help others. Limit one entry per person.
